Keep your Vectorworks skills fresh, learn some new ones, and get a recognized certificate as well. Start with the Associate Certificate and move on to the Professional Certifications. As far as I can tell, there is no cost associated with the program.

The Studio School of Design is holding a virtual 8 week workshop on important Associate and Assistant Lighting Designer skills. I do not know much about the Studio School of Design or the program faciliator, but it looks like it would be a very useful workshop. It does have a cost of $600.

A free resource would be the ALD Academy that was hosted by the Association for Lighting Production and Design (formerly the Association of Lighting Designers) in 2020. I attended it at the time and it is a great resource.
