Check out this article about The Outsiders, which won the Tony Award for Best Lighting of a Musical with lighting by Brian MacDevitt and Hana S Kim. The article has the plots you can take a look at and the equipment lists as well. I was going to post a link to the Tony Award performance, but they seem to have taken it down from YouTube. You may be able to find it elsewhere, but I have not found a video of it.

ETC has just posted a new "On Headset" with Paule Constable! It gives you the chance to practice your programming skills with a professional lighting designer (Paule Constable) while she cues The Normal Heart.
Check it out here. This is the second of these projects. The first is with Ken Billington working on Me and My Girl. Mike Woods, a lighting design and educator, is hosting some live webinars on YouTube this summer starting next week where he will be talking about how he uses VOR in his workflow. We will hopefully be getting a professional license for VOR next year to use. Mike has not announced what his other webinars will be yet, but he has quite a few recordings on his website from previous years.
His current work is is "Dungeons and Dragons: The Twenty Sided Tavern," which is a live interactive performance. Check out his work and his recorded seminars on his page: https://www.mikewoodld.com/ Here is his instagram post about his upcoming webinar. I recommend you follow him as well. https://www.instagram.com/p/C76gjp9OwIb/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Keep your Vectorworks skills fresh, learn some new ones, and get a recognized certificate as well. Start with the Associate Certificate and move on to the Professional Certifications. As far as I can tell, there is no cost associated with the program.
university.vectorworks.net/local/certifications/info.php# The Studio School of Design is holding a virtual 8 week workshop on important Associate and Assistant Lighting Designer skills. I do not know much about the Studio School of Design or the program faciliator, but it looks like it would be a very useful workshop. It does have a cost of $600.
Check out more information here. It does May 6th. A free resource would be the ALD Academy that was hosted by the Association for Lighting Production and Design (formerly the Association of Lighting Designers) in 2020. I attended it at the time and it is a great resource. The ALD Academy is located here. There are a lot of great resources out there for programming on the ETC EOS family consoles, but the best place to start is with ETC's own training.
If you haven't done the EOS Family Video Learning Series, I highly recommend it. There are 4 levels and you will learn something new in each level, even if you have experience programming. It is free, but you can do the series through ETC's LearningStage for a small fee and get a certificate afterwards. There are a lot of other training modules on the LearningStage as well on a variety of topics. It is easier to do the Learning Series on a console or using a keyboard with the EOS layout, but you can do it on a standard keyboard, just have the hotkeys sheet handy (or use the virtual keyboard).
